HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
Bakari Maligwa was born in Morogoro, Tanzania on October the 8th, 1968 and educated to the level of Bachelor's Degree at Mzumbe University where currently he is working as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Procurement & Logistics Management. He (Bakari Maligwa) was registered as an Approved Procurement and Supplies Professin by the National Board for Materials Management [NBMM] with Reg. No. 00925 in May 2005. In the same year, that is 2005 he sat for Professional Level IV NBMM Examinations, did the Research Paper in May 2006 and passed for the Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional [CPSP].
